Here youll treat all ages, from infants to geriatric patients, encountering a wide array of cases such as heart failure, traumas, sepsis, respiratory failure, and behavioral health. The patient volume averages 78 per day, presenting you with meaningful challenges that will expand your clinical expertise and strengthen your resume.

Schedule/Hours:

• Shifts: Days (07001900), Mids (11002300), or Nights (19000700)
• Weekend rotation: Every 3rd weekend
• Holiday rotation: Based on department needs; not all holidays required

Qualifications/Experience:

• Current RN license with minimum 2 years of ER experience (any trauma level)
• No first-time travelers
• Valid BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certifications
• Proficient in IV starts, neuro assessment, triage, codes, critical care interventions, and teamwork
• Comfortable with Cerner EMR and versatile medical equipment

Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert care across a spectrum of acute and chronic emergency conditions
• Perform triage, initiate & titrate drips, respond to codes, and manage critical scenarios
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and lead by example in delivering patient-centered care
• Assist with bedside procedures, sedation, and crisis situations
