An opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse with Emergency Room experience to provide skilled care at a rural community hospital located in Covington, OH. This contract position offers the chance to work in a close-knit healthcare setting approximately two hours from both Indianapolis and Columbus, serving a community that values dedicated and compassionate ER professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered emergency nursing care in a fast-paced environment.
- Assess, monitor, and stabilize patients experiencing acute medical conditions.
- Collaborate with physicians, other nurses, and medical staff to implement appropriate treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and communicate pertinent information effectively.
- Adhere to all hospital protocols and regulatory standards for safety and patient care.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Valid BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certifications.
- Proven experience working in an Emergency Room setting is essential.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
