Key Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• At least 1 year of recent clinical experience in an ER setting
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (PALS preferred)
• Proficiency in rapidly assessing and responding to acute health issues
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to stay composed in high-pressure situations
• Familiarity with electronic health records and medical documentation

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-focused nursing care in the Emergency Room, triaging, assessing, and prioritizing patients
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and evaluate care plans
• Administer medications, IVs, and emergency interventions as needed
• Monitor vital signs and observe patient responses, reporting changes promptly
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate, timely patient records and uphold all safety and infection control standards
• Participate in Code Blue and other emergency response situations
