Schedule/Hours:
- Day Shift: 07:00 19:30 (5 RNs, 3 ED Techs)
- Night Shift: 19:00 07:30 (5 RNs, 3 ED Techs)
- 24/7 weekend coverage required (no on-call needed)
Key Qualifications:
- Active and unencumbered RN license
- Minimum one year Emergency Department nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong proficiency in fast-paced, team-oriented environments
- Experience with Cerner FirstNet preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based emergency nursing care for a diverse patient population
- Triage, assess, and coordinate patient interventions per established guidelines
- Collaborate closely with fellow RNs and ED Techs during each shift
- Maintain thorough, accurate records within Cerner FirstNet
- Uphold high clinical standards and ensure patient safety
