This travel RN-ER role places you in a dynamic emergency department at a modern 108-bed hospital. Collaborate with a cohesive team of five RNs and three ED techs on each shift, working with the Cerner FirstNet EMR system. With 24/7 weekend coverage, youll gain invaluable experience providing care in an environment that encourages rapid decision-making and adaptabilityqualities that are highly sought in nursing leaders. Exposure to diverse workplace practices and innovative leadership approaches will help you expand your clinical skillset, while contributing to your professional portfolio.
Schedule Requirements:
- Shifts: 0700-1930 or 1900-0730
- No on-call duties required
- Weekend and 24/7 coverage necessary
Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure with ER nursing experience
- Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced emergency setting
- Familiarity with Cerner FirstNet EMR preferred
- Comfortable with standard ED equipment and protocols
- Navy blue scrubs required (not provided)
