Shift Details:
- 0700-1930 or 1900-0730 (12-hour shifts)
- 5 RNs and 3 ED Techs per shift
- Must be available for weekend coverage (24/7 department)
- No call required
Key Qualifications:
- Active RN license in California
- Minimum 1-2 years current experience in emergency room settings
- Proficiency using Cerner FirstNet strongly preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to function effectively in fast-paced, high-acuity environments
- Navy blue scrubs required (not provided)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled, compassionate care in a busy ER environment
- Rapid assessment and triage of patients with diverse medical needs
- Collaborate seamlessly with clinicians and techs to optimize patient outcomes
- Accurately document all care in the Cerner FirstNet EMR
- Uphold infection control and patient safety standards
