Qualifications:
- Current RN license, valid in California
- 1+ year of recent Emergency Department experience
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (additional trauma certifications preferred)
- Excellent clinical assessment and triage skills
- Strong teamwork, communication, and critical thinking abilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide rapid assessment, triage, and treatment of patients in the emergency room
- Deliver age-appropriate care to trauma and emergency patients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient management
- Document care, interventions, and responses accurately and promptly
