This role is an exceptional opportunity for a Registered Nurse with strong experience in the Emergency Department. Schedule/Hours:
- Evenings, 3:00 pm 3:00 am
- Every other weekend required
- Rotating holidays
Desired Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in an Emergency Department setting
- Advanced Critical Care, BLS, and ACLS certifications preferred
- Strong clinical judgement and ability to thrive under pressure
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to diverse patient populations in the ER
- Effectively triage and prioritize patient care in fast-paced situations
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and ancillary staff
- Accurately document care, interventions, and patient responses
- Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and follow-up care
