Desired Qualifications:

• Active RN license, with eligibility to practice in relevant jurisdiction
• Minimum of 1 year of recent emergency room experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS or TNCC preferred
• Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and triage skills
• Proven ability to remain calm and effective in rapidly changing situations
• Strong communication and documentation abilities
• Flexibility to adapt to varying patient volumes and acuity

Key Responsibilities:

• Rapidly assess, plan, and implement care for patients presenting to the emergency department
• Triage patients with a keen sense of urgency and accuracy
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered by the medical team
• Communicate patient status and changes with physicians and other healthcare staff
• Provide clear education and emotional support to patients and their families
• Document all care activities and observations comprehensively and timely
• Participate in trauma and code situations as an integral team member
• Support infection control and safety standards at all times

$1,871 - $2,046/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
