Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, efficient nursing care tailored to patient age and condition using the nursing process
- Utilize clinical nursing skills and technical equipment (e.g., stethoscopes, thermometers, electronic monitors) to meet patient needs
- Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to enhance patient care
- Maintain confidentiality and handle Protected Health Information (PHI) responsibly
- Support professional development and contribute to nursing practice improvements
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice in Ohio
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification may be required based on clinic assignment
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles and patient care
- Experience in emergency room nursing preferred
