Key Qualifications:
- Current, valid RN license in the state of California
- At least one year of recent experience in ER nursing; experience in MedSurg and/or ICU strongly preferred
- Advanced clinical assessment, prioritization, and communication skills
- BLS and ACLS certification required (PALS preferred)
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and current best practices in emergency care
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to diverse patient populations within ER, MedSurg, and ICU environments
- Accurately assess, monitor, and document patients conditions
- Administer medications, perform procedures, and assist with diagnostics
- Collaborate effectively with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families, ensuring understanding of conditions and aftercare
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies
