As a Registered Nurse specializing in Emergency Room care, you'll be at the frontline of patient needs, collaborating with dedicated healthcare professionals in the MedSurg and ICU departments. Qualifications / Desired Experience
- Valid and unencumbered RN license
- Experience in Emergency Room nursing, with ability to work in both MedSurg and ICU settings
- Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills
- Capacity to adapt in fast-paced environments and prioritize patient needs
- BLS, ACLS, and other required certifications (as applicable)
- Experience with diverse patient populations is a plus
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive, compassionate nursing care in the ER, MedSurg, and ICU departments
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care for a variety of patient conditions
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, supporting patient recovery processes
- Respond effectively to emergencies, triage patients, and provide efficient interventions
- Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress promptly and accurately
