We are seeking a Registered Nurse with Emergency Room experience for a contract assignment. Qualifications and Experience:

• Active and unencumbered RN license required
• Minimum one year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• TNCC and PALS certification preferred
• Strong assessment, triage, and critical decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication skills and compassion under pressure

Schedule:

• Full-time contract position; shift hours will be discussed during the interview process

Key Responsibilities:

• Rapidly assess and triage patients presenting with varying levels of acuity
• Administer medication, start IVs, and monitor vital signs
• Collaborate closely with physicians, ancillary staff, and other RN team members to coordinate personalized care for each patient
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain meticulous patient documentation
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, procedures, and follow-up care
• Respond effectively to emergencies and participate actively in code situations
