Qualifications:

  • Current, unrestricted RN license
  • Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an Emergency Room (ER) setting
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required; PALS preferred
  • Proficiency in emergency assessment, triage, and patient stabilization
  • Strong clinical judgment and rapid decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver prompt, high-quality nursing care to patients in the emergency department
  • Accurately assess patient conditions and prioritize care based on acuity
  • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams during patient crises and routine care
  • Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and post-care needs
  • Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation in the electronic medical record system
  • Observe strict infection control and patient safety protocols

$2,541 - $2,688/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
