This travel nursing opportunity is based in Channelview, TX, offering a chance to bring your acute ER experience to a fast-paced 28-bed unit staffed with a dedicated team of skilled professionals. Location: Channelview, TX

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert emergency nursing care, including IV starts, blood draws, resuscitation, and EKG monitoring
- Collaborate effectively with a team consisting of RNs, techs, and unit secretaries to maintain patient ratios of 4:1
- Utilize Meditech EMR to document and manage patient information accurately
- Uphold unit protocols and dressing code, wearing royal blue scrubs
- Work 4 weekend shifts per month; no on-call requirements
Qualifications & Certifications:
- Registered Nurse with acute ER experience (required)
- TNCC, PALS, ACLS, BLS certifications (mandatory)
- Trauma experience is preferred and considered a plus
- Active, personable, and effective communicator
Schedule:
- Day shift focus with 4 weekend shifts per month, no on-call duties
