Provide expert emergency nursing care on the night shift in a dynamic healthcare setting located in Carmel, IN. Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care adhering to established policies, procedures, and clinical protocols
• Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans
• Accurately monitor, document, and communicate patient conditions
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care efforts to optimize patient outcomes
• Execute physician and nursing orders promptly and thoroughly
• Assess and facilitate discharge planning in collaboration with the healthcare team

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Valid RN license with Emergency Room nursing experience
• Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-based care environment
• Willingness to work night shifts (1900-0730) and every other weekend

Schedule/Hours:

• Night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Every other weekend
