A rewarding opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse with Emergency Room experience to support urgent care needs in Carlsbad, NM. Location: Carlsbad, New Mexico

Position Details:
- Contract assignment
- Shift: Days, 6:30 AM 6:00 PM
- Floating and on-call responsibilities to support unit needs
- Start as soon as possible
- Duration: 13 weeks
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active RN licensure with at least 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
- Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC required
- ENPC and NRP certifications preferred to enhance pediatric and neonatal emergency care skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-quality emergency nursing care, triage, and patient assessment
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to stabilize and manage patients in critical condition
- Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to safety protocols
- Responding promptly to emergencies with professionalism and compassion
