Experienced emergency room nurses are needed for a dynamic contract opportunity providing critical care services. You will work alternating four-week blocks of night and day shifts based on assignment rotation, ensuring both continuity in patient care and work-life balance. Potential start dates include early April and late April.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active and unrestricted RN license
• Proven experience in an Emergency Department setting
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (PALS preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication abilities and a compassionate approach
• Comfortable adapting to high-stress and rapidly changing environments

Schedule:

• 4 weeks of night shifts followed by 4 weeks of day shifts (rotation may vary)
• Every other weekend and every other holiday as required

Key Responsibilities:

• Rapidly assess, triage, and manage patients presenting with acute illness, trauma, or emergencies
• Deliver evidence-based care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and families
• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions promptly as indicated
• Accurately document assessments, nursing interventions, and patient responses in compliance with standards
• Actively contribute to maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment
