As a travel Registered Nurse specializing in Emergency Room care, youll have the opportunity to deliver high-impact nursing for diverse patients, working within established standards and the full nursing process. Schedule/Hours:

Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Active RN license in California
- Minimum recent experience in ER nursing
- Advanced knowledge of emergency nursing standards and protocols
- Strong critical thinking and independent judgment
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide coordinated patient care for ER patients, ensuring high standards from admission through discharge
- Supervise and guide assigned nursing staff, offering mentorship and leadership
