As a travel ER Registered Nurse, youll deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care within a dynamic emergency setting. You will be entrusted to supervise and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring high standards of care and utilizing both critical thinking and independent judgment. Key Qualifications:
- Current, unrestricted RN license
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent ER experience
- Strong assessment, triage, and critical thinking abilities
- Solid clinical and supervisory judgment
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Certifications as required (such as BLS, ACLS, and PALS preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled nursing care for ER patients aligned with established standards and the nursing process
- Supervise and guide assigned nursing staff
- Coordinate care with other disciplines
- Exercise independent judgment and professional discretion in emergent situations
