Job Description
Provide critical care in a fast-paced emergency department setting with a 36-hour per week schedule on nights. This role involves working three 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, primarily focused on delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in urgent need. Additional shifts may occasionally be available depending on facility demands, but overtime will only be assigned after 48 hours. This position offers a contract duration of approximately 8 to 10 weeks, with an ASAP start date.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current Missouri State or Compact RN license required
- Experience in Emergency Room nursing preferred
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced medical environment
- Strong patient assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
