This travel assignment is an outstanding opportunity for experienced ER nurses who want to broaden their expertise by working in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting. Collaborate with accomplished professionals and experience a range of approaches to emergency care, expanding your skills and enhancing your rsum with valuable Level 1 trauma and travel experience. Youll develop enduring professional connections and gain insight into innovative healthcare practices.
Schedule:
- 36 or 48 hours per week
- Night shifts
- Every other weekend required
- Holiday shifts as scheduled
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license, in good standing
- 4+ years of recent ER RN experience (required)
- At least 1 year of travel nursing plus Level 1 trauma center experience (required)
- Candidates must have last names starting with M-Z to apply
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients presenting with a wide range of urgent and emergent conditions
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Rapidly assess, intervene, and monitor patients using evidence-based protocols in a busy, high-acuity ER
- Advocate for patient needs and contribute to an environment focused on safety, dignity, and continuous learning
