Schedule/Hours:
- 7:00 PM 7:30 AM shifts
- 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend rotation
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Proven background in an Emergency Department setting
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications preferred
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in high-intensity environments
Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to emergency department patients
- Triage, assess, and respond rapidly to changes in patient conditions
- Collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently
- Support patients and families during stressful situations with empathy and professionalism
