Schedule/Hours:
- Night shift: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
- 36 hours per week
- Weekend and holiday shifts as needed
- One on-call shift per week
Qualifications:
- Active KS or compact state RN license
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications required
- Minimum 3 years of recent Emergency Room nursing experience (5+ years and large facility experience preferred)
- Ability to float rarely as needed
- New graduates not accepted
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled, compassionate care to patients in a fast-paced ER setting
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure excellent clinical outcomes
- Adhere to protocols and emergency response procedures
- Safely manage patient admissions, discharges, and critical incidents
