Schedule/Hours:
- Night shifts, 7:00 pm 7:00 am
- 36 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care for diverse patient populations.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care using established protocols.
- Rarely float to other units, ensuring primary focus in the ER.
- Participate in on-call rotation (one call shift per week).
- Support patient care standards as needed during weekends and holidays.
- Adhere to orientation requirements and timely credential submission.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Active KS RN or compact state license.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications.
- Minimum 3 years of ER nursing; 5+ years and large facility experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
