Schedule/Hours:
- 7-week travel assignment
Required Skills & Experience:
- Valid RN license, eligible to practice in TN
- At least one year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure circumstances
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients with acute conditions in the ER
- Monitor and rapidly respond to changes in patient status
- Administer medications, treatments, and support interventions as ordered
- Document all care activities accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate closely with medical teams, physicians, and ancillary staff
- Provide emotional support to patients and loved ones during emergencies
