Schedule:
- Nights: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
- 36 hours/week
- Rare floating
- Weekend and holiday shifts as needed
- One on-call shift weekly
Required Qualifications:
- Valid RN license for KS or compact states
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications
- Minimum 3 years of recent ER nursing experience
- Preference for 5+ years of ER and large facility backgrounds
- Orientation begins Mondays; credentials due by the preceding Wednesday
- Not open to new graduates
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional care in a fast-paced ER setting, assessing and prioritizing patient needs swiftly
- Collaborate across interdisciplinary teams to provide evidence-based interventions
- Adhere to facility protocols and regulatory standards
- Respond calmly to emergencies, maintaining professionalism under pressure
- Participate in on-call coverage and support occasional float needs
