Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of one year of emergency room nursing experience
• Proficiency in emergency assessments and interventions
• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and respond quickly in urgent situations
• Collaborative communication style and a focus on patient-centered care

Responsibilities:

• Perform triage, assessments, and rapid patient care for diverse emergency cases
• Administer medications, therapies, and interventions as ordered
• Monitor patient vitals and document changes accurately
• Communicate effectively with physicians, support staff, patients, and families
• Educate patients and their families about ongoing care needs
• Uphold safety protocols and infection control standards at all times
• Engage in shift handoffs and communicate critical patient information as needed

$2,541 - $2,688/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
