Desired Qualifications:
- Valid, unencumbered RN license in California
- Minimum of one year of recent, relevant ER nursing experience
- Proficient in emergency assessment, triage, and intervention
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to supervise and direct the activities of assigned nursing staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive, compassionate nursing care to assigned patients in the ER
- Perform thorough assessments using established protocols and the nursing process
- Implement and reevaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
