Desired Qualifications:
- Valid, unencumbered RN license
- Minimum one year recent Emergency Room nursing experience
- Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS preferred
- Strong critical thinking and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible and adaptive to diverse work environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated nursing care to assigned patients, utilizing the established nursing process
- Supervise and support various levels of assigned nursing staff, ensuring adherence to quality standards
