Serving as an RN in the Emergency Room, youll deliver comprehensive and coordinated patient care, working with a diverse team that will challenge and grow your nursing skills. Exposure to varied workplace practices and supervisory methodologies will give you valuable experience to enhance your resume and foster ongoing professional growth. Youll oversee the work of assigned nursing staff, lead by example, and play a pivotal role in care coordinationstrengthening your leadership and collaboration abilities.

Qualifications:
- California Registered Nurse license in good standing
- Previous experience in ER/ED nursing strongly preferred
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Strong clinical assessment, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to use independent judgment and critical thinking in urgent situations
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct care for assigned patients, following established protocols and using the nursing process
- Coordinate and oversee activities of assigned nursing staff, including mentoring and guidance
- Collaborate across interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
- Respond to rapidly changing situations with effective crisis management
- Ensure patient documentation is accurate and timely
