Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated and comprehensive emergency nursing care to assigned patients, following established best practices and using the nursing process
- Provide clinical supervision and direction to assigned nursing staff, supporting excellence in patient care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless, multidisciplinary care
- Apply critical thinking and sound judgment in rapidly changing situations
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and promptly communicate changes in patient status
Desired Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Minimum one year recent ER experience
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (current and valid)
- Strong assessment and triage skills
- Ability to coordinate care efficiently and effectively in stressful situations
- Previous travel nursing experience preferred, but not required
