Key Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered RN license in California
- Minimum of one year of recent Emergency Room experience preferred
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications

- Ability to effectively supervise and support nursing staff at various levels
- Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills
