Key Qualifications:
- Active RN license valid in NC or eligible for compact state licensure
- Minimum of 1-2 years recent experience in an Emergency Room setting
- Proficient with triage, acute care, trauma interventions, and patient assessment
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (required)
- Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and effective communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary staff to coordinate patient care
- Document care plans and patient responses efficiently within EHR systems
