Schedule/Hours:
- 13-week assignment
- 36 hours per week
- 12-hour evening shifts
- Requires working every other weekend
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver prompt, efficient, and compassionate care to patients in the Emergency Room
- Perform assessments, triage, monitoring, and documentation according to protocols
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient management
- Respond quickly to emergent situations and adapt to rapidly changing clinical scenarios
- Adhere to hospital standards, procedures, and best practices
- Wear navy blue scrubs as required by facility protocols
Qualifications:
- Current and valid RN license
- Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room experience preferred
- BLS, ACLS certifications (additional certifications may be required)
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking abilities
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
