Schedule & Hours:
- Night shift: 3PM to 3AM
- Must be available to work various days of the week
- (2) 24-hour call shifts in an 8-week period
- Weekends: Minimum every other weekend
- Holidays: Minimum 2 major, 2 minor
Qualifications:
- Current RN license (single state or multi-state compact)
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC (or equivalent) certifications required
- Less than 1 year of direct patient care experience accepted
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Proficient with basic computer skills and supportive clinical technology
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and customer service abilities
- Calm, decisive, and respectful under pressure
- Excellent time management and critical thinking skills
