Schedule:
- Night shift: 7:00 PM 7:30 AM
- Variable days of the week
- Two 24-hour call shifts within an 8-week period
- Weekends: Every other weekend required
- Holidays: Minimum 2 major, 2 minor
Required Skills & Experience:
- Active RN license (single state or multi-state compact)
- Current BLS certification (or ARC equivalent)
- ACLS certification (or ARC equivalent; provisional acceptable within 180 days)
- PALS certification (or ARC equivalent; provisional acceptable within 180 days)
- TNCC (or ATCN or provisional, within 18 months)
- Strong English communication and documentation skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Less than one year direct patient care experience required
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment
- Effective decision-making and critical thinking in emergencies
- Outstanding teamwork, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Excellent time management

- Deliver prompt, evidence-based emergency care to patients of all ages
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Prioritize tasks during high patient volumes and urgent situations
- Utilize technology and clinical skills to document and coordinate care
- Maintain readiness for on-call and variable shifts as needed
