Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, individualized patient care in the Emergency Department environment
  • Assess, monitor, and respond to rapidly changing patient conditions using sound clinical judgment
  • Collaborate with licensed and unlicensed team members as part of an interdisciplinary approach
  • Practice within established guidelines and uphold ethical standards and patient advocacy
  • Document care and patient responses in alignment with regulatory and facility requirements
  • Support service excellence initiatives and foster a safe, supportive care atmosphere

Qualifications:

  • Current, active RN license (Georgia or compact)
  • 1-2+ years recent Emergency Department RN experience preferred
  • Knowledgeable of ANA Code of Ethics and Georgia Nurse Practice Act
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required (TNCC preferred)
  • Strong communication skills with a compassionate and patient-focused attitude
