Necessary Qualifications and Experience:

• Active and unrestricted RN license valid in the state of Georgia
• Proven experience in an Emergency Room (ER) nursing role
• Knowledge of the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act
• Understanding and commitment to the Scope of Practice and Code of Ethics Standards of the American Nurses Association
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive within a Shared Governance Model and evidence-based practice environment
• Team-oriented, with experience working across interdisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with service excellence and patient-centered care initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, individualized nursing care to patients and families
• Proactively participate in patient assessments, intervention planning, and evaluation of care outcomes
• Support and uphold system policies, procedures, and service excellence goals
• Advocate for patient safety and the patients voice throughout care delivery
• Collaborate effectively with nurse managers, clinical leaders, and other care providers
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to protocols and regulatory requirements
