Play a critical role in delivering high-quality, patient-focused care as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department. Qualifications and Experience:

• Current and valid RN license in the State of Georgia
• Previous experience in Emergency Department nursing preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of emergency care best practices and protocols
• Excellent assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• CPR and ACLS certifications required

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to a diverse population of emergency patients
• Collaborate proactively with fellow RNs, physicians, and unlicensed assistive personnel
• Monitor, assess, and document patient symptoms, vital signs, and responses to treatment
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements
• Serve as an advocate for patient safety and the patients voice within the healthcare system
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and shared governance activities
• Uphold ethical standards and evidence-based practices at all times
