Schedule:
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM 7:30 AM
- 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications:
- Active RN license (Nursing RN-ER experience)
- Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
- Previous experience with Cerner electronic medical records
- Proven adaptability and strong critical thinking skills in emergency situations
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional care to patients in a busy Emergency Department setting, demonstrating swift response and clinical judgement
- Triage patients, assess needs, and initiate appropriate interventions
- Communicate effectively with physicians, allied health teams, and patient families to coordinate comprehensive care
- Document all patient interactions and clinical decisions using Cerner EMR
- Uphold safety standards and participate in continuous process improvements
