Key Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of one year of recent emergency room experience
• BLS and ACLS certification required; PALS and TNCC preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to respond rapidly in critical situations
• Proven teamwork skills and capacity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
• Excellent communication abilities and attention to detail

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive assessment, triage, and immediate care to patients presenting with a wide range of urgent and emergent conditions
• Develop and carry out individualized care plans, ensuring adherence to current standards of nursing practice
• Collaborate with providers and healthcare team members to prioritize effective and safe patient care
• Provide clear, compassionate communication with patients and families in high-stress situations
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient responses
• Delegate and coordinate aspects of care to support staff as appropriate
• Advocate for patient safety and promote a culture of collaboration throughout the unit
