Job Description
Provide professional nursing care as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room setting. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care to ensure high-quality outcomes. You will coordinate, manage, provide, and delegate patient care responsibilities while collaborating effectively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team. Upholding established Standards of Nursing Practice is essential to this position.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments in the emergency care environment
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans
- Administer treatments and medications safely and accurately
- Delegate appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and healthcare staff to optimize patient outcomes
- Document care and patient progress in compliance with policy standards
- Promote teamwork and communication within the healthcare team
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience in Emergency Room nursing preferred
