Qualifications and Experience:
- Active RN license in California (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS preferred
- At least one year of recent ER nursing experience in an acute care setting
- Proficiency with triage, emergency interventions, and patient care documentation
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills; able to respond to rapidly changing situations
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
