Step into a dynamic acute care department specializing in triage, treatment, and support for trauma and emergency patients across all age groups. This important role centers on providing high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced emergency setting, working alongside a dedicated multidisciplinary team committed to outstanding patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Rapidly assess and triage patients experiencing a wide range of emergencies and injuries
• Deliver evidence-based nursing care, performing interventions and monitoring patient responses
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and support staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Support patients and their families with clear communication and compassionate care during stressful situations
• Operate and maintain medical equipment and perform essential emergency procedures
• Accurately chart assessments, treatments, and patient progress in accordance with required protocols
• Participate in trauma cases as assigned, focusing solely on direct patient care and immediate services

Schedule:

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license
• Demonstrated experience as an emergency room Registered Nurse in an acute care setting
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; additional certifications such as PALS or TNCC strongly preferred
• Proven ability to remain composed, make quick decisions, and adapt to rapid changes in a trauma or emergency environment
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with electronic medical records systems preferred
