Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of one year of recent ER experience preferred
• Proficiency in triage, rapid response, and emergency procedures
• Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking abilities
• Comfortable working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess and prioritize patient needs according to established triage protocols
• Deliver high-quality nursing care for trauma, cardiac, respiratory, and other emergencies
• Monitor patient status and document interventions and outcomes clearly
• Administer medications, treatments, and assist with diagnostic procedures
• Respond swiftly to changes in patient condition and participate in life-saving measures
• Promote patient safety and adhere to hospital policies and regulatory guidelines
• Support patient education and provide updates to family members as appropriate
