This full-time night position (7PM 7AM) places you on a very high acuity unit where youll encounter a broad spectrum of cases, including strokes, cardiovascular, diabetes, wounds, behavioral health, sepsis, and some trauma. Such an environment offers you the chance to sharpen your skills, adapt to varied clinical challenges, and broaden your rsum with experiences seldom matched elsewhere. Frequent collaboration with multiple disciplines also presents valuable insights into varying leadership and teamwork styles, cultivating your growth as a healthcare professional.

Schedule:

• Nights: 7PM 7AM
• Every other weekend
• No on-call, no floating between units

Ideal Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
• Active RN license (state of employment or compact)
• BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA required)
• TNCC certification
• 1+ year of recent ER nursing preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and flexibility in high-pressure situations

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process
• Monitor, assess, medicate, and educate patients and families
• Manage complex and routine cases in a rapidly changing environment
• Delegate responsibilities appropriately to support staff
• Compliance with ongoing organizational and competency validations
