Schedule/Hours:

• Night shifts, 7PM - 7AM
• Full-time assignment
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call duties or floating

In this high-acuity emergency setting, you'll encounter a broad range of patient needs, including acute strokes, cardiovascular cases, diabetes, wounds, behavioral health, sepsis, and occasional trauma care. The unit ensures robust security measures with 24/7 onsite support. Desired Qualifications:

• Associates Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
• Active RN license in Louisiana or compact state
• 1 year recent ER experience preferred
• Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and CPI Blue Card (all required)
• Ability to work independently and manage complex clinical cases
• Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, and deliver evidence-based nursing interventions
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses
• Educate patients and families on treatments and care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
