Qualifications

• Active RN license, valid in California (unencumbered)
• At least 1 year of recent emergency room experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS and TNCC preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and triage skills
• Adaptability and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, acute care settings

Responsibilities

• Perform triage, assessment, and stabilization of trauma and emergency patients across all age groups
• Deliver timely and effective interventions aligned with department protocols
• Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary staff
