Qualifications/Experience:
- Active, unencumbered RN license
- Minimum of one year experience in an Emergency Room setting preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in rapid assessment, trauma interventions, and patient stabilization
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; other certifications (PALS, TNCC) highly desirable
- Strong critical thinking and collaborative communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive, compassionate care in a high-acuity emergency department
- Conduct triage and prioritize patient needs promptly and effectively
- Administer medications, interpret diagnostic tests, and support emergency interventions
- Work seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
