Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Active RN license, valid in California
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an emergency room setting
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and independent judgment skills
- Experience in supervising nursing support staff preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide coordinated, evidence-based care for assigned ER patients
- Apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate treatments
- Supervise and direct assigned nursing staff in patient care activities
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and uphold established standards
