Schedule/Hours:
- Travel contract; specific schedule to be discussed during interview
Qualifications:
- Current, unencumbered RN license
- Proven experience in electrophysiology (EP) lab or comparable setting
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians with EP lab procedures, monitoring patients before, during, and after interventions
- Provide patient education regarding procedures and post-operative care
- Perform assessments, administer medications, and respond promptly to changes in patient status
- Maintain accurate, thorough documentation and ensure adherence to best-practice safety protocols
- Support ongoing quality improvement initiatives within the department
