Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of cardiovascular pathophysiology to provide expert patient care.
- Maintain a therapeutic environment for patients and their families, ensuring respectful and compassionate support.
- Effectively utilize medical equipment, supplies, and nursing resources to optimize clinical outcomes.
- Foster continuity of care and efficient resource use by coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Facilitate consistent, clear communication and information flow among staff members.
- Assure compliance with documentation, billing, and hospital regulatory standards including Radiation Safety protocols.
- Participate actively in continuing education to stay current with electrophysiology developments and best practices.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid RN license with specialized experience in electrophysiology nursing.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills with a focus on professionalism.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with cardiac diagnostic and mapping systems, plus solid computer skills including Microsoft Office.
- Comprehensive understanding of hemodynamics and emergency response protocols.
- Flexibility to handle variable shifts and overtime as needed.
- Physical capability to manage tasks that require lifting and support of adult, elderly, and critically ill patients.
